Your screening selection
The website stores your chosen package and add-ons in your browser’s local storage. If you save a checkout draft, it also stores a draft reference, creation time, total and payment preference. These stay on your device and are not submitted to the care team by this website.
Contact and appointment preferences
Details entered into the preview checkout stay in the current tab’s memory. Your name, email address, phone number and preferred appointment date are not included in the saved draft or downloaded selection. Reloading or closing the tab clears these entries. This website does not collect NRIC numbers or card details.
Contacting the team
WhatsApp and email links open an external service. A draft enquiry is only sent if you choose to send it. Those services handle your information under their own policies. The DigitalHealth.sg care team receives messages you send to it.
Hosting and browsing
The website is designed for Firebase Hosting. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the service. This version does not include advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Fonts and site images are served with the website.
Managing your data
You can remove locally saved selections by clearing site data for optimum.sg in your browser settings. Downloaded summaries remain wherever you choose to save them. For questions about information you have sent to the care team, email admin@digitalhealth.sg.
